Found and heal four nuclei wounds to consistency with your higher self
Core wounds, which are also known as core beliefs or core trauma, are deeply -absorbed emotional or psychological wounds that are serious and often derived from early life experience. These wounds form how you, others, and how you perceive the world around you. Core wounds can be caused by disadvantaged life experience such as negligence, abuse, abuse, or trauma in other forms.
Core wounds have a deep influence on all areas of our lives and affect our thoughts, emotions, actions, and relationships. They often lead to self -destruction, self -suspicious, and fear patterns. These wounds can affect the ability to form a healthy relationship, pursue goals, and experience a sense of fulfillment. The worthless chronic emotions, fear of intimacy, and difficulties in setting the boundary are common symptoms of these wounds. In short, core wounds can live a real life and hinder the ability to maximize the potential.
My personal healing journey has reached this job. Because I was a very sensitive person and empathy, I was sharply aware of the pain and trauma in my mind and body. Despite my efforts in psychotherapy, meditation, and energy healing, there seems to be nothing to the depth I really need to heal. Until my father suddenly lost in 2016, I noticed the degree of inner work that I had to do after graduating from a psychology counseling master’s program program.
Through the healing journey of my core wounds, I have a real method of interaction with the world that has a positive influence on all aspects of my life, such as human relationships, work, and personal growth. I found it. Freedom from joy, peace, love, and suffering is no longer far, and cannot be achieved. I found these qualities in myself and witnessed everyone who worked with them.
You and your beloved people are infinite souls with a purpose. When the layer of the ego is peeled off and the core wound is healed, it is adjusted to vibrate with the true real self, the highest energy frequency. Accept this self -discovery and transformation journey and see that your life blooms in your soul’s deepest desire.

Inner chatter: Search for your internal dialogue
Have you ever noticed that a constant chatting is happening in your head? That is your internal dialogue -You are a conversation with you. These parts are inadvertently hindering the qualities of seven souls, as they seem to hide the natural essence of who you are.
This internal dialogue often comes from subpersonality or ego state. However, there is a game changer here. These subpersonality are not actually you. Your true self is your higher self -seven soul qualities and subsequent essence. Understanding and externalization of these parts will result in a sense of freedom from constant mental chatting.
By utilizing your higher self and recognizing these sub -personality as a mere aspect of your existence, you will step into clear, empowerment, and inner peace.
How the ego appears on your mind and body
We all have various parts of the character that acts in various situations. These subpersonality are formed as we grow up, and are formed by human relationships, life events, and our deepest needs and fears, especially core wounds. A simple explanation is that core wounds are derived from past experiences, unsatisfied needs, or unresolved emotions.
Healing these wounds is the key to mental and emotional growth, which leads to a greater sense of overall nature and the greater mental evolution. As introduced in the blog # 1 in this series, if you find the best core wound, you can dig deeper into the healing process through the subsequent blog.
The important thing is: Sub -personality often functions as parents of children’s wounds inside the core. By healing these wounds, these parents can let go of the old and useful roles that may hinder you.
So how do you feel the subpersonality look? They can appear as a sense of your body, thinking, emotions, or a specific behavior pattern. The general sub -personality includes the following:
- People’s joy: It appears as a knot of your stomach, the desire to make others happy, and it is difficult to say “no”.
- Perfectionist: Appears as a nervous jaw, the need for control, and the fear of mistakes.
- Inner critic: Negative self -talk, insufficient emotions, and an unnecessary need for external verification.
Does one of these resonate with you? Start your daily journal, track repeat thoughts, emotions, and senses, and clarify the sub -personality. Knowing these parts creates a more harmonious relationship with yourself.
And you may explore: Which part of me is the most common? How does this affect my work, human relationships, and health?
