A transformative quest for the healing power of spiritual freedom, hope, and kindness in an age of despair

Premiere on Prime Video on February 21, 2025 Inner kindness: A journey to freedom(kindness) is a soul-swaying documentary that explores a universal quest for meaning, healing and connection. This deep and personal journey is a sequel to the beloved Netflix docusary A diary of kindness, Following Leon Logothetis, known as the “kind man,” he confronts pain and seeks a higher purpose, deeper truth, and spiritual awakening. The film invites viewers to confront their own pain, embrace their vulnerability, and discover inner liberation through kindness to themselves and others.

The documentary continues as Leon is looking for something bigger than himself. It is the presence of a higher purpose, a deeper truth, and ultimately, a guideline often referred to as God or the universe. Filmed beyond breathtaking landscapes, from the sacred banks of the Ganges to the marble temples of Hari Krishna and the calm Himalayan monasteries, Leon is led by spiritual leaders, human helpers, and even by the universe itself, where he surrenders to the unknown. He meditates with the monks, offers service in the kitchen of God, and whispers Sufi prayers under the stars. Along the way, he reveals the deep truth that the meaning of life is seen not in the outside world but in the kindness and love that already exists in each of us.

This journey is enriched by wisdom from making up the gap between spirituality and spiritual well-being, including renowned spiritual leaders, mental health experts, Sadoguru, Dr. Gabormate, bestselling authors Neil Donald Walsh and Mike Dooley, and motivating speakers Yasmin Mogahed and Kute Blacksson.

As Leon immerses himself in diverse spiritual practices and philosophies, the audience is invited to explore universal themes of pain, healing and purpose. Through a deep encounter with human helper and his own deep introspection, he illuminates the transformative nature of kindness. Not just for yourself, but for the whole world.
