My morning looks the same as any other. Coffee, Wordle, makeup, a dash to the subway, and a full day of meetings. So when someone says, “You look like you’ve got a tan,” I take that as the ultimate compliment.

truth? Makeup by Mario Soft Sculpt Bronzing & Shaping Serum Deserves most of the praise. A famous makeup artist calls this the “softest sculpt ever” (hence the name), and after using it, I understand what he means. It’s almost impossible to overdo it.

Here’s how I use it: After applying your foundation and concealer, swipe the doe-foot applicator along your forehead, under your cheekbones, and around your jawline, then blend it all out with a dense, angled contour brush.

I never feel like I need to be particularly precise. And that’s exactly what I look for in an everyday bronzer. It just makes it look like you’ve spent a little more time in the sun than you actually have. (My weekly Screen Time reports may vary somewhat.) And if shine is what I’m aiming for, a few drops like an all-over primer will give you the prettiest, most dewy finish.
