Barrymore, who has had a lovely chestnut hair color for a while, invited hair makeover king Chris Appleton to transform her and Valerie Bertinelli’s hair into silver masterpieces on the set of a movie. In a video posted by Trouble Appleton and its talk show, a stylist and colorist cover a client with a salon cape, and suddenly it’s revealed that the two brunettes are sporting the most gorgeous gray hair we’ve ever seen.
Appleton shares in the caption exactly which Schwarzkopf Professional formula she used to achieve the multidimensional look, in case viewers want to take a list to their colorist. (Don’t tempt us, Chris!)
Reactions in the comments were mixed, with some wondering if Barrymore and Bertinelli actually dyed their hair gray. One commenter wrote, “Oh no, I’m calling WIG!!!
