As everything seems to be getting more and more expensive, the team had the idea of peeking at our favourite retailer and seeing what was being cooked in the clearance section. Let me say I have found so many things I really really love. Now, in true Jess fashion, I had a lot of trouble editing my findings, so there is how it goes. I’m going to talk about 11 of my top picks, and under them there are about 31 more pieces I didn’t show to you either. I won’t talk about each piece of them individually, but you can be sure they are EHD approved 🙂 I also want to make a special call West Elm and Crates & Barrels Because there were so many in their clearance section! I had to start with a work that was very close to my heart… Zoe Lamp. Why is it close to my heart? Well, I have Green and white version (Not clearance) And it brings joy every time you see it. It’s a joy like, “I can’t believe it lives in my house.” But that’s $495. It was a steep slope (it was a surprise gift)! But if you have a home you work with This beautiful brown and burnt siena color paletteyou can have it at half the original cost. Now I know that the $200 statement lamp is not cheap yet, but from experience I can tell you that it is beautifully made and acts like a functional art. One of our number one requests is always storage recommendations and boys. This is a beautiful piece. It’s tall, has both open and closed storage (our favorite as it provides clean styling opportunities and places to hide messes), and it’s so chic. Modern but not too modern. A large, affordable lighting fixture. difficult. To. search. Especially really cool and beautiful. So when I saw it This one I was pumped! Make a big statement without being overwhelmed visually. If you have a more traditional home but want to add a little more modern touch, I think it’s the perfect piece. I actually feel strongly that this chandelier can work in almost any style. This puppy is versatile and costs under $300. Win-win.

One thing about me is that people love to play with matting the frames inside. You can take a simple piece of art and make it look very cool and custom. So This cute frame It’s a perfect and very easy way to do it. I love how the photo spot is vertically off the center. The whole piece looks very high, right? Okay, I couldn’t talk about this deal. This modern and elegant pendant Not only is it beautiful, it’s also a really good size (10 inches x 20 inches). Oh, and do you see that price? I think the Ottoman Empire is also very useful! This one It’s really affordable, especially considering how beautiful it is and how deeply discounted it is. Finally, I had to include one West Elm’s famous totem vase! I was shocked that it was in clearance and was equally pleased. Emily has been using these for years as she is simple and cool and adds sculpture elements to her rooms. And for less than $20, you can’t beat that price. So use it as a vase or a piece of art.
