Happy Sunday everyone. Didn’t you say last week was full of great content? Well, this week, in our humble opinion, it’s just as exciting. Emily is currently exploring the great outdoors with her family, so today she has just won a team, but she promises that the link is very good 🙂
This week’s house tour Beautiful renovations made by the designer. Cynthia Abbey Naked. The front and back are very good, and an outdoor library is a perfect dream. Check it out here!
This is Carriage House YouTube of the week in case you missed it!
From Caitlyn: Earlier this week I realized I was glued to my couch. Hit maker. This is a quick and easy watch that follows some of the world’s leading songwriters through three different writing camps. I loved it. I have worked in a recording studio in my past life and have never seen the creative process be documented very accurately. I felt like I was going back to my room and pitching ideas and phrases. It was an explosion and the show reminded me of how much fun it was to harness that creative and communal energy! (PS. There is this The biggest hit my team wrote – A demonstration was woven at the 2012 World Cup. The original chorus was actually my chant again and again, but when Avicii cut the track it was tweaked to a “real chorus.” do you understand? ! )
Also from Caitlin: This may be TMI (read: definitely TMI), but after the pandemic, I usually wear a sports bra every day – I hate wires. Why is my boobs so strangely shaped? ) I’ll give this $34 bralett alternative. Everyone, that’s miraculous. It looks toddler size – I literally laughed when I picked it up – but somehow it keeps my girl inside and out. (I mean, it’s not a push-up bra, but there’s a clear difference. I got it with the XL!) I don’t recommend any of the other bras from Skim. Turn your eyes to this baby size bralette every day. It has gone through multiple laundromat washers/dryer cycles without any issues and is much more wearable than my sports bra alternative. I would be excited if this recommendation could help other wire-hating and comfortable bra-loving gals!!!
From Jess: This last weekend, when he was my father, he was very excited to show me. His new wax fire pit. It’s an eco-friendly alternative, no confusion and cute! Equipped with 100% biodegradable vegetable wax, no wood is required. He loves it. Because it fits perfectly on his little patio, gets 8 hours of burning time, and again, he doesn’t need to clean it. It may also function as a stool when not in use. The best way to stay outside as long as possible:) Here’s the link For replenishment There is also a citronella option. See ya bug!
From Mallory: My favorite sports bra is easy This one From Lululemon (wearing it over a year) I couldn’t love it more. I had it in white and then I hooked it into the mauve Matching shorts) And they’re so cute – wear it all the time!! I usually size it with Lulu Sports Bras (I got a 6) 🙂
From Arlyn: Once my knees started to hear like a microwave popcorn bag, I considered introducing some collagen to my life. I tried some important proteins and I liked it well, but to be honest, I don’t even know if I’ll “like” what collagen powder looks like. But I use Bub collagen peptide Six months after I found it through Facebook ads, it’s fantastic! Yes, my knees still crackle like milk rice creampies, but they won’t hurt anymore, so that’s a plus, right? Most of the time, I’m happy to be able to squeeze 18 grams of excess protein with morning coffee (heat resistant). This is a general victory for me!
From Marley: This is me Favorite heavyweight sweatshirt Until now – I have had the same thing for five years at this point, but I still love it. It’s super luxurious and perfectly oversized. I think there are super big hoods that are pretty true to the size and are really good to lounge in (I hate the small/tight hood on sweatshirts, but if you don’t like oversized ones, this may not be for you). Considering that I’ve been wearing mine almost every week for the past five years, the price IMO is definitely worth it. At this point, the cost per wear must be penny! This is a more leaning forward, facing straight in the torso, but if you want a little more fit/taper to your waist, This one Also a great choice 🙂 I have black, but both come in super cute colors.
From Gretchen: I picked this up Super cute, layered swing dress From Old Navy the other day, and I really like it! That’s not too groundbreaking. It is very refreshing with lightweight fabric, and the reddish brown plaid feels like me. The sleeves are hanging nicely. I like being able to wear it on the shoulders or on or outside the shoulders. But I’m mostly grateful for the speed of a t-shirt, zippers, and a lot of flow-like fabrics that are as easy to remove. The other day I was wearing a trimmed hoodie on top and was surprised to see it looked the same, but it was fun to wear a pair of no layers and a cute sandals. Affordable, adorable and easy!
Last week we saw catastrophic news that photographer Bethany (Nawellt) Mendes’ husband unexpectedly passed away. She is a photographer that EHD works with and loves. There is no doubt that everyone reading this has seen her incredible work. As I know, as many of you know, costs increase very quickly after losing, so if you can donate to Bethany, This is gofundme It was set to help her.
Thank you for taking the time to hang with us and seeing the post we were waiting for tomorrow to show you 🙂
