Happy Sunday everyone! In case you missed it, we launched sofas and chair lines and room service by Emily Henderson. We are very proud of it and hope to see some of the pieces in your home. So, if you haven’t checked it yet, here is the blog post where em broke it all, and This is the landing page Potentially to buy (FYI landing page still comes first image but dials not our control 🙂 And if you’re in California, if you’re about to buy a sofa, that Wayfair technical bug is what they’re desperately trying to fix (I was so so I was so sorry I’m so sorry!!)
This week’s house tour All of us are happy to be in a cozy, warm but elegant English cabin. It was 300 years ago and it required a lot of love. And I love getting it, and now we can enjoy watching it! The blue room may be our favorite. you?
From Emily: I’m finally “getting” to the trend of the 90s cross trainer shoes + crew sock combo and really love it (and get so many compliments). I think it was all about finding the exact shoes that worked in my wardrobe and socks Perfect height (I was getting too tall, Y’all!!). I bought it These socks Directly as a non-member of Fabletics (still on huge sale, by the way), but those are what I want to wear with all my shoes now (I just stocked up). They are male, medium of size, with perfect black stripes, and as I said, the height is what I was looking for (a lot of people are too high or the ankle socks are too low). Then I bought it These nikes And I wore them all day long on my shorts and my very long walks. They are not trendy bright white (I love it Thosebut I like how these are softer in the fall), and they are very comfortable, give me some height, and I just feel stylish in them. I’m very interested too these (mustard and blue), this is much more affordable. And if you’re not completely interested in the trends in thick white cross trainers, I love these too. I think it really created a whole new vibe. I love it (you can see it in the upcoming Pickleball Fashion Post).
Also from Emily: two very fast, crazy summer books I read last week on my vacation. First, I finished Annabelle Monaghan’s latest, It’s a love storythis is an easy-to-read romance, with smart, empathetic characters (a little bit of an enemy to a loved one), Hollywood adjacent to it, and many family themes (but light and non-traumatic). It was a perfect warm, easy romance and a very likable first class man and was so much fun. Then I opened A broken country, This was difficult to put and I was very engrossed. A love story and mystery about a dead British farmer in the 1960s. There you will find out what happened. Some twists and turns included a triangle of love with two very attractive first-class men (and anxiety in the middle of the night – it always involves dying a child that spirals me) and a love affair with two very attractive first-class men. I was so sad because the story ended and I had to leave the character world. I’m working on it now atmosphere (It takes a little time to get in) Last night Rebel Blue Ranch Series (Based on the enthusiastic recommendations of Beach Reads and Bubbles, you need something lighter now, TBH).
From Gretchen: I’m on a slightly older navy kick. Last week I linked Easy and refreshing plaid mini dress From them, and you can check, but I’m pretty grabbing it. But this week I picked up something a bit *scandalous*. This is new Mesh Cammy Bra. It’s intentionally invisible and virtually does not provide any additional support/lift for girls, but I love the fit from my top or yes as a top moment in a bit of lingerie/sexy pajamas and how it looks. I generally don’t tend to wear a lot of underwire because it’s not comfortable for me. Therefore, I’m already used to a bit of lifting and supporting with my regular bra. This doesn’t offer much lift, but it suits me, and the way it is in the breast area is pretty perfect. Usually there is a top like this so there is a solid opportunity I might know, Then I’ll pop out. But this remains completely put! In a regular bra, I’m like a 36 C, and the size of the mesh cami fits me best. I bought it in three colors: black, sea foam and lilac, so I wore it non-stop.
From Marley: You may have seen a passionate review of Caitlyn last week This $34 bralette…In her words, it is a “miracle.” Well, she was very interested in me so I ordered and I have to back her up on this – I’ve been looking for a naked bralette for a while so I tried This is out And this is very comfortable. It’s buttery and stretches in the right place, the strap doesn’t dig into my shoulders, it’s true to the size – also very reasonably priced! But that’s not that I’m here to you. While I was there I ordered too Matching boy shorts To go with it… if you want to sleep in your underwear, these are it! They are very soft, no wedges, stretchy and have perfect coverage IMO. You’ll need to order a little more pair so you can wear it every night.
From Arlyn: My family lost so much sleep thanks to a toddler who was allergic to mosquito bites, waking up many times at night, and waking up over and over again in a row, begging for my anti-tic cream for her bite. The mosquitoes are where we are, and they take her over and over again, even with repellent stickers and proper clothing. I ordered everything you can think of to help: two types of anti-tic patches, anti-lutch cream, and finally, what has worked so far: That bug gets bitten. Yes, that’s the actual name of the product. It’s a little doo hickey to steal the mosquito’s saliva and prevent itching and reactions. The important thing is to use it immediately after chewing. After being absolutely attacked by my feet last weekend, I tried it myself. By the evening, my bites were basically gone. get it! ! !
From Mallory: I got caught Perfect summer to autumn transition light jacket – It is lightweight, classic style, but features balloon sleeves that give it a perfect edge. I plan to pair it with a mini skirt and knee-high brown boots.
From Jess: If you feel your lips are a little dry now, I want to call My favourite lip balm/gloss I’ve owned it up until now. It’s the most hydrating. Of course I wear it during the day, but try to apply it before bed so that you can wake up with soft (and a little plump) lips. I love colored strawberry sorbets, but they are all great.
From Caitlyn: Can someone be honest with me? I need to know: a Mason Pearson Brush Is everything really cracked? My thin, fine, slightly thread-like, very greasy hair has made incredible progress over the past few years. I washed my hair every day and thanks to this combo I can go 5 days (!!!) between the washes $9 shampoo brush and Dry shampoo I will use it for the rest of my life – so I think I’m ready to invest in a Keep Elber hairbrush to finish my triple deadline. But is it really worth it? Is that that Is it much better for redistribution of oil? If you literally know anything about brushes, I’d love to hear it. (I’m also paying attention to this Very cute versionit appears to be made from 100% boar hair – is it good? – Or this A little affordable. Help! ! ! )
Thank you for strolling with us for a while today and see you tomorrow! xx
