Happy Sunday everyone! It was a busy but good week. And we were very excited to finally reveal the rest of the farmer’s landscaping. It goes beyond dreams (especially in person). Apart from that, Jess has returned from her vacation and trust us when we say there’s a lot to look forward to as big oar filming weeks happening on the farm :)Okay, let’s go to the link!
This week’s house tour It’s the house Sean Famosoco-founder of LVRN Records. It is a beautifully restored mid-century modern. For Sean, it was very important to truly respect the history of the house and maintain the necessary updates (including incredibly cool art) while still maintaining the soul. Check it out here!
From Emily: Amazingly delighted with my 30-dollar sister LED rechargeable wooden lamp – It looks very high quality and modern. Suitable for game tables, inexplicable, outdoors. Thank you, Katie!
From Caitlin: Last month I parted ways with SuperGoop (!!!). It started innocently enough with some of their spritz Sunscreen scented perfume. But it spiraled into obsession: I added it After-Sun Gel scented perfume (Clearly necessary) and Baby oil sunscreen (This applies like a true baby oil, leaving the cleanest moisturizing glow, and I prefer it much more than my previous favorite daily wear sunscreen, glow screen). But the coup came from SPF50 Bronze Face Dropit leaves my skin looking Photoshop. It’s smoothing, or blurry, or some kind of IRL light illusion. I really don’t know, but it looks very good. The colour is not overwhelming – honestly it’s very undetectable (at least how I apply it) – but everyone notices my skin is visible good. Another small business worth supporting! (The Psalms offers some incredible bogo deals during the holidays, so Ulta is linked above, but you can buy directly from. Brands here. )
Also from Caitlin: Has anyone found a shoe cabinet or storage solution that works with men’s shoes in size 13? I don’t mind a bit DIY, but everything about Ikea is a little too small. Please help!!!
From Jess: When I went to Mexico last week I had a list of hopes, but aside from having a great time with my friend (duh), finding a piece of clothing was at the top. If you have the joy of going to Mexico, you know how amazing shopping is. If you haven’t, yeah, I recommend suggesting you go (but mostly because of food, design, hospitality, culture)! So my friend and I stumbled while in Mexico City Cihuah. I found it This top is red And I got a medium for a more loose fit. There are other colors either cropped or full length, and one of several other materials. When I arrived in Oaxaca, I was hooked and wore it. My friend got it This beautiful black top It can be worn in four different ways, and they are all chic. We had to hurry through the restaurant to make a dinner reservation. This was a blessing because I probably wanted to buy lots of pieces 🙂 If you like architectural, simple and chic designs, I highly recommend you take a peek (they will ship all over the world too!)
If you missed Jess’ Dad’s Father’s Day Gift Guide post, I recommend taking a peek 🙂 Great ideas and great reads!
From Arlyn: Warm climate means good tomatoes at the farmers market, evening dips at the pool, and funny ants at my house. Every year, around this time, we handle ants in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Terrorist liquid ant food. Something like this is literally magic. The ants moved, leaving one or two within hours (though it could take a day or two, like the bathrooms upstairs this year), and a literal parade of all the ants in the neighborhood will eat from the food. It’s wild and uncomfortable at first, but let them come. If you terrorize it, they will come. Don’t confuse the ants. Repeat. Do not touch them. Let them east feast one day or so, and like some kind of magic, they are gone. Boom, complete, buh bye ants. It’s also really convenient to fire ants, as you can see exactly where they are coming from. For us, it was the smallest pinprick in the hotel in the top corner of my closet and behind one of our outlets in the kitchen. This will help you address future entry points. enjoy!
From Mallory: I got two staples for my wardrobe from one of EHD’s longtime favorite brands. First This elegant little lace blouse moment It’s the perfect start to the top of the summer. Because it’s refreshing while still long sleeves. The neckline is very flattering and I love how it looks with a pop of denim and red shoes!! The next item I caught This mini heel pair – I got the white and white colours, but bought the patent red (and I’m thinking of ordering it because I wear black and white). I highly recommend both works… They make me feel like a classic Parisian woman.
Exciting news! Jake Arnold’s latest collection with Lulu & Georgia It just dropped. It’s a rug and wallpaper, and it’s as expensive and chic as you’d expect. Here are three of our favorites:

Clapham hand-woven wool rug | Dose Glass Cloth Wallpaper | Beddow Flateweave Jute rug
From Gretchen: It was officially a short weather in Portland and I couldn’t be happy about it!! It was hard to find a pair I would love. Because I don’t particularly like the appearance of my body’s super cutoff “booty shorts” so I can’t even pull apart the Bermuda lengthy Jorz I’ll continue to see in the duties of all those models. For me, I love the Goldilocks pair, which hits slightly higher than the middle thighs. Also, I love how they look quite worn out, but not too fine and not a wash that fits everything. Well, here’s my proven pair –Agolde’s Parker Cutoff SwapMeet! These hit where I want on my thighs and look like I have them/wear them for years (in a good way). It’s not too holey, but it’s suffering well. They also have button fly instead of zippers, but I like it more to keep you feeling safe. They are on the slightly more expensive side, but I’ve been dead on them and I know I’ll get money this summer.
From Marley: It’s officially been over 6 months My bedding from My Cu So I feel like I can finally be confident and say it’s a good thing! Bedding can be very expensive. Despite you literally using every day of your life, I still struggle to justify buying very expensive bedding. Quince feels like a very nice midfield with a futon set coming in for $150. If bundled, we will provide 20%. There was a bit of a scratch at first (not bad at all like all linens), but it softened very well over time. So far, there are no indications of a quality problem. They also have a crazy assortment of colours! I have them Fog colored linen duvet Also, Set of aloe sheets. Recommended if you’re looking for a fairly affordable linen bedding!
Thank you for stopping by and strolling around with us. See Y’all tomorrow. xx
