Nike’s completely free app has over 200 professionally designed training. There are intensity, aerobic exercise, yoga and mobility sessions. Most of it can be done on weight or minimal equipment. Workouts can be easily filtered by duration, strength and muscle group. You can also choose the type of coaching voice and music. This makes it feel like a studio session on your phone.
