For my most loyal readers and those who don’t subscribe to or check out Substack, I’ve decided to bring my weekly newsletter back to its original source.
There’s a lot to cover this Sunday, so let’s get started.
First of all, I was up until 1am last night. Emily in Paris To catch up! Naturally, I immediately texted my girlfriend to tell her I’m booking a trip to Paris this fall, so consider me planning that as well. I haven’t been back to Paris since I was pregnant with June (that’s six years). I used to go a few times a year for Fashion Week, but retired from that scene after having kids. With our official trip to Paris scheduled for late fall, I’ve been trotting around in (excited) energy.
My new bag
I realized I was lacking a black bag for everyday use, and for some reason, I have a limited collection of small to medium sized, lightweight black bags that go with everything. The Law Raffia Tote I’ve been interested in it since it first came out, but to be honest, the price was too high for a straw tote bag. The Law I faced the bag in the store and had a thousand dollars in credit empty in my pocket, so I took the plunge and bought it. Honestly, I’m so glad I did. I’ve carried it every day since and it really goes with everything. If the price put you off, don’t worry; I’ve found more affordable alternatives. But if you’re considering buying one, let me just say this: this bag is worth every penny. Cute too: J.Crew, Tuckernuck and Ben Bien
Top: Onitsuka Tiger sneakers, Jenni Kayne Sweater (Code JACEY15), The Row Raffia ToteProenza Schouler skirt, Isabel Marant Jacket (Get great looks from J.Crew at an affordable price)
Side Sleeper Pillow Heaven
I won’t go into detail here, but Leave this link here For all of you wondering about the side sleeper pillow I’ve been raving about on social media.
Below: Aqua Cardigan I also purchased the red one (size S). AMO Sandra baggy jeans (Size down), Adidas Samba
Above: I love these new pants. Polo Ralph LaurenJamie Haller Laufer, line Bag, very old grey top from The Row
A must-have for autumn
I already added Burn Jacket Take your closet to the next level by stocking it with suede clothing. I found this suede jacket I found this on H&M’s website and had to go to the store to find it in stock. I love it so much that if you have an H&M in your area, go and see if they have it in stock instead of walking there. The price and style are perfect for this season’s hottest trend: suede. Here are some other favorites: reform, BGSD Brand,i love this The gorgeous Veronica Beard One, ba&sh is cute too!

Last but not least…
I’ve reached about halfway The power of lessand I have to say it’s the best book I’ve read in a while. Having felt a bit fatigued by self-help books this year, I found this book to be exactly what I needed to peel back the layers of life that no longer serve me. This book perfectly captures how I want to live my life going forward. It doesn’t necessarily tell us anything other than what we already know, but it serves as a practical book. Guidebook Something I rely on every day.

I am buying it these
