Over time, Greene noticed her company was attracting female entrepreneurs. By solidifying her clientele and marketing strategy in 2016, Greene began working with not only female stylists, but also styling women for their own businesses. “I’ve always really connected with women,” she says. “They always tell me their journey story of where they want to be and how they’re going to get there.”
Green says she makes her clients feel beautiful both physically and mentally through an initial consulting process that involves determining a woman’s personal style and finding what feels good for her.
She asks her clients, “Who are you becoming as an entrepreneur and businesswoman?” This helps shape their style and also helps them envision themselves as business leaders. Consulting is her signature strategy for figuring out what’s best for her clients, Green says.
“I’m really happy to be able to help them on their journey,” she says.
