It’s safe to say that I quickly became a fan of Liquid IV. I’ve heard it recommended by many people and thought it was a good idea, but now I’m convinced! It’s not too sweet and has a rich flavor, so I’ve gotten into the habit of adding it to my water.

Plus, one day I had a headache (I knew full well I wasn’t drinking enough water). I really believed it because after taking one packet of electrolytes, my headache subsided much faster than Tylenol. After my son was born, another member of the Hip team gave me a bag and I tried Liquid IV. Staying hydrated is certainly difficult for breastfeeding mothers, but this was extremely helpful. What really surprised me was that when my husband, an energy drink addict, tried it, I watched him reach for water instead and put a liquid drip in it. I love different flavors. I tried liquid IV for the first time. I had heard so many great things, so I wasn’t surprised that the new sugar-free white peach flavor was delicious. It reminded me of Diet Snapple’s peach tea.
