These copycat little bite muffins are very easy to make!
My kids loved boxed little bit mini muffins and I bought them regularly when they were sold.
I had so much fun coming up with homemade recipes to replace store-bought items that we regularly buy. So recently I’ve come to think that I can replicate them at home with healthier ingredients and at a much less cost.
You don’t know, we love the homemade version!
They are very quickly and easily whipped and can use much more nutritious ingredients than store-bought muffins. Plus, they’re significantly cheaper!

Little Bit Copy Cat Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- ¼tsp salt
- 1 cup of greek yogurt
- ⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup butter (melt and slightly cooled)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
- ¾ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
How to Make Homemade Small Bite Minimuffins
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and arrange the mini muffin liner in a 24 cup mini muffin pan.

2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, maple syrup, eggs, butter and vanilla.
4. Gently stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

5. Fold the chocolate chips.

6. Fill each muffin cup with 1 tablespoon batter that is roughly on top. (a Small cookie scoop (You can make this messy).


6. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the tester is clean.
7. Let the muffins cool in a pan for 2 minutes and then transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
