This adjustable dumbbell is very easy to use. The lower weight is 3 pounds. The maximum is 40 pounds. You turn it to the weight you want and choose it immediately. This system is perfect for people with limited space. Instead of a few dumbbells that take up more space, this is all one. I think I might get another set of these, so I have each dumbbell.
Ok, so I knew when I took the box out of the previous patio that this would be a great quality item. After opening the box I was right! This is a great set of adjustable dumbbells! The overall quality is top notch and the appearance is very refined. I’m grateful that it comes with a base for resting weight.
