In order to offer only the most honest and tried-and-true advice, I was lucky enough to try out sweater styles in the tomato and peacock blue color scheme over two days, evaluating factors such as softness, breathability (especially in an unventilated subway car), and the overall beauty of the fall ensemble. As someone who still gets anxious when I think about those old itchy knits I had to wear as a kid, I’m also very picky about comfort, and I’m always on the lookout for sweaters that don’t bother me (or cause sensory overload) all day long, no matter where I take them.

On a cool New York morning, I decided to wear a tomato red Naadam sweater, white jeans, and a pair of green Adidas platform sunbaths. Immediately I was struck by how feather-like the material was. It didn’t feel heavy at all when draped over my body in an attractive, non-bulky way. The sleeves hit my wrists and were a perfect fit, but I decided to roll them up as an extra step. This only contributed to the chicness of the entire work.

During my commute, where I would normally be drenched in sweat by the time I got to my desk, the sweater maintained optimal breathability and breathability. My experiences in the past have resulted in less-than-ideal and less-than-professional looks.

When I felt like my forearms needed a little more freshness, I simply rolled up the sleeves of my sweater, but it never contributed to the baggy look.
