Why you’ll love this easy chili recipe
This chili pepper is So Easy and versatile! It was really cold here in South Carolina. (And yes, we are total wimps compared to the rest of the country, lol)cooking a big pot of hot chili on the stove is the perfect dinner in freezing weather. It’s a budget-friendly way to warm up.
Please use your favorite minced meat. (beef, turkey, venison, chicken) Thanks to the beans, a pound of meat can serve many people. And when it comes to beans, you can use a mix of different types or stick to straight pinto beans.

There are many toppings, so feel free to add and customize to your liking! Think shredded cheese, crushed corn chips, sour cream, chopped green onions, cilantro, sliced jalapenos, and chopped avocado. I’m currently dealing with dairy sensitivities in my house, so I omitted the cheese and sour cream.
If you have leftovers, this chili is great on baked potatoes the next day.
