Note from Crystal: I’m so excited to have my youngest sister, Olivia, share this fun homemade Easter candy recipe with me. This is a spring variation on my family’s favorite homemade Christmas candy recipe. We usually make this candy during the Christmas season as a delicious and affordable food gift, but we never had the bright idea to make it for Easter baskets.

This delicious recipe is a spin-off of Crystal’s amazing Christmas candy recipes. If you’re a white chocolate lover like me, you might like this recipe better than the original.
(If you don’t like white chocolate, use milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips instead. But don’t forget to cover with festive colorful sprinkles.)

There’s something about the combination of crackers, chewy caramel, and chocolate. Hmm!
I brought these bowls to a recent family gathering and not only did the kids love them, but the adults raved about them too!
It’s a very simple dessert, so it’s perfect for Easter Sunday when you want something a little different. Just make a big batch ahead of time and you’re good to go.
This Easter Bark Candy recipe is also freezer safe!
It can be stored in the freezer, so it’s easy to make in advance. We recommend making a batch, portioning it into individual bags, and freezing it for later use.
When you’re ready to use it for a gathering or as an Easter basket, simply take out the baggie.
I love the fun colors of sprinkles. And this recipe is really perfect for spring parties and gatherings. It can also be used as a simple year-end gift for teachers.
