It’s officially summer. At least school is no longer a session! I know that the actual first date of summer is not until the second half of June. But with schools out, we have a very different rhythm and schedule of our time. So I decided to set my goals not just for one month at a time, but for the entire summer.
As many of you know (if you’re there Follow us on Instagram), I started a strength training class at the gym two months ago and it was amazing! Not only does I love it, it also encourages me to really prioritize my health.
So, in addition to my goals for family, business and personal goals, I dubbed this in the summer. I have set some specific goals for that and are excited to advance over the next two months!

Summer Crystal Goals (Expected to be completed by August 15th, 2025)
- Toilet Train Mika. (He’s doing well with this, so this goal seems to be much easier than I thought.)
- 60 meals together around the table.
- Complete 20 books (either physical copies or audiobooks).
- Finishing my dad’s World Kindergarten (we’re doing this this summer. Kierstyn just loves learning right now. She already knows how to read, so we’re skipping some parts and aiming to finish two or three weeks in a week for that.)
- Finish ABC dates with Jesse (we are now trying to do at least one date per week).
- Watch four full season shows together (either Jesse and/or older kids).
- Try out 8 new ideas. (Share the results here! Look for the first one – I made the fog of lavender London.)
- Complete your 1 hour savings planning product and new products to help women set up their business in 30 days. (Details will be released soon!)
- Set your first coaching product/opportunity – stay tuned for more information on this!
- 300 hours from outside.

Get stronger summer goals (achieved by August 15th, 2025)
- Over 120 grams of protein per day for at least 50 days.
- Strength train at least 25 times (Gym or Home Workout Circuit Class – 45-60 minutes each).
- 10k+ steps per day for at least 50 days.
- Sleep for at least 45 nights or more for at least 7 hours per night.
- Drink at least 70 ounces of water for at least 50 days.
- Track macros for at least 50 days in my fitness pal.
I’m back to tracking these using the Strides app, so there’s one place to easily track them all. I used it last summer and fall and really loved it. It’s a very easy way to see places with such goals!

Do you have any goals for the summer? I’d like to hear what they are in the comments!
