Creamy Torterini Soup and Pumpkin Crescent Roll
This week’s $10 dinner was inspired by a bag of cheese tortellini that I sell on Publix this week. And lots of butternut squash from our garden! If you can’t find a cheap tortellini, replace any kind of pasta with your favorite pasta, then serve a bowl of soup with shredded cheese. This would be a fairly even price exchange for what I paid for Tortellini!
