After taking inventory of my pantry, refrigerator, and freezer, I decided to shop as little as possible this week and work on eating up the surplus and leftovers I already had at home. I’ve been buying way too much the past few weeks (I had two college kids home for spring break and I wanted them to come home with all of their favorite homemade foods and treats, haha), so this week will help balance that out.
