How do Publix BOGO deals work?
Weekly BOGO sales are the best way to save money when shopping at Publix. At Publix, you can stack your savings by using one manufacturer coupon and one store coupon per item, even during BOGO sales. However, keep in mind that BOGO sales vary by state.
In parts of Florida, South Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina, there is a “True BOGO” where you must purchase one item at regular price to get the second item completely free.
However, if you live in parts of Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, and the northern regions of Alabama, Georgia, or South Carolina, you can take advantage of “half price BOGO.” This means you can only purchase one BOGO item and you will be charged half the price.
Hip tip: Looking for featured Publix buy-one-get-one deals that are out of stock? Ask customer service for a rain check. You can get up to 8 single items or 4 “bogo sale” rain checks. Additionally, Publix will accept coupons that are valid on the day your rain check is issued.
When will the Publix BOGO sale change?
Publix’s weekly ads have two weekly cycles: Wednesday to Tuesday or Thursday to Wednesday, depending on your location.
Be sure to stop by the deli and pick up a Publix sub or wrap before leaving. You can also order in advance and pick it up during checkout.
