Forget about Christmas in July, Amazon will reclaim Prime Day in October.
Officially called “Prime Big Deal Days,” the yearly shopping events have now returned from October 7th to 8th, and Amazon advertises it Millions of deals Beyond fashion, beauty, household items, electronics and more. Amazon is also pushing the Prime Day event in October as a way for people to get a head start on holiday shopping.
Some of the brands on sale on Prime Big Deal Day include Lancome, KitchenAid, Beat, Lego, Samsung and Sonos, but early deals have taken part in picks such as Sophia Greing and fashion influencer Kate Bartlett. Amazon also offers fashion and beauty deals starting from just $1 as part of its beta “hauling” site.
Last year’s deal included the sharpest discounts of the year for brands like Laneige, Clinique, Mario Badescu, Elf, Sunday Riley, Embryolisse and Doctor Formula. It is also an unusual discount opportunity for accessories and vanity essentials, such as makeup remover wipes, makeup brush sets, and travel makeup bags. And at the previous Prime Days, prices dropped for name branded hair tools such as Dyson AirWrap and Shark FlexStyle.
The complete list of Prime Big Deal Day offers and discounts will be revealed to be near October 7th. The savings event officially starts at 12:01am.
