Ginny & Georgia star Antonia Gentry has launched her first fashion collaboration with sustainable clothing brand Organic Basics. The 16-piece collection, which includes tees, bralettes, pants, and cardigans, is a collection of everyday wardrobe basics, but Gentry’s Gen Z touch infuses each ethically sourced style with trend-forward characteristics like an earthy color palette and textural details.
“With this collection, I felt like I was able to handpick certain details and let my own personal style really shine through,” says Gentry, who can often be seen in delicate designer dresses and chic matching sets. “These pieces work well with any layering outfit; they’re vibrant and super soft, so all you need to do is pair them with your favorite handbag and a nice pair of heels to complete the perfect look.”
For the collection’s color palette, Gentry drew inspiration from hues found in nature but chose not to limit the collection to classic neutrals. Instead, Gentry’s Organic Basics capsule collection mimics the colors of juicy tangerines, matcha leaves, and sun-kissed earth. These earthy tones tap into some of fall’s most prominent color trends, as seen recently on the runways of Fendi, Max Mara, and Burberry.
“What’s great about this collection is that not only can you feel good about the outfit you’re wearing, but you can also elevate it by adding luxurious accessories,” Gentry explains. The capsule collection’s range of textures, colors, and silhouettes make it easy to mix and match. According to Gentry, this is perfect for on-trend fall styling, paired with other basics and investment pieces from your wardrobe. “I’d pair a mock-neck minidress with a Prada bag, some fun tights or stockings, and layer some leg warmers over the top.”
Gentry adds that she recently wore the soft knit ribbed flare pants to the airport after wrapping filming for season three of “Ginny & Georgia.” She paired the pants with chunky Naked Wolf sneakers to elongate her legs. “I love how the pants drape beautifully over my sneakers and hug my feet,” she adds.
The collection also features several Organic Basics bestsellers in Gentry’s curated color palette. For example, the Soft Knit Crop Cardigan, now available in five new shades, is made from heavyweight organic cotton and recycled nylon to flatter every body type. Other pieces are entirely new to the brand, including the Soft Knit Ribbed Leg Warmer and Mock Neck Dress.
The limited-edition Antonia Gentry x Organic Basics collection is available now at Organicbasics.com , with prices ranging from $14 to $75. Below are our editor-tested favorites.
