Well, well, well… I believe this is the last bathroom in my brother’s river house and perhaps the one that guests see the most. Certainly I have my favorite order, but this seems to be Target #1 (I’m biased towards primary, but that’s probably because I’m middle-aged and love the spa experience at home. That means I make sense. They have a sauna in the bathroom). This has punches and patterns, and plenty of greenery (it will become a duck!). Green tiled bathroom for victory.
I chose tiles when both Max and I were working on this project, and the guy also loves the big green tile moment. I mean someone who doesn’t like a good green tiled bathroom. We worked together Unsaxit has very good colours and really solid tiles. Max really felt the tiles strongly and wanted it to be shifted like a 4-inch square. I wanted to stack it as a rectangle, and somewhere along the line, it staggered as a rectangle. I honestly don’t remember who is responsible for what anymore! But it’s so wonderful and quite loved at home.
Big pivot…

At one point, Ken and Max remember choosing this big double tap walled farm sink from the Kohler I objectively love, but when the houses came together it started to feel like it didn’t belong here. Katie felt the same way. Therefore, we looked for other options in our conflicting design vision.

We had to make a quick decision as the submarines worked hard in every bathroom at the same time. So we messed around with what we had in our hands. But that’s when Gretchen has the idea of using the rest of the tiles to tile a small version of that walled vanity.

So JP and his crew built a box for the inset sink. There is a vision to cover it, maintain the appearance of the wall tiles, and run the same way. We recorded it on tape and made sure it worked with plumbing behind the already tiled wall and was on the right scale for this bathroom. It was a risk and it was last minute in the bathroom that most people could see near the end of a long project…

I’ve ordered it faucet From Caller and I was so relieved that it turned out to be quite amazing. It’s still unexpected in the house, but now it’s completely decorated, so the wallpaper and colorful tile patterns work very well. pendant Purchased from Schoolhouse Electric. It is modern yet traditional and on the affordable side.
About wallpaper selection

This bathroom was big in powder bath and dark (no natural light), and I felt that only the paint was a bit dead, so once again I was tasked with finding an organic and fluid wallpaper, which contrasted with linear brick tiles, but not traditional like most flowers. As you know, I’m a huge fan Raphael’s pattern For this exact reason, there is this beautiful movement without being too busy or bold. The large scale of it worked very well with small tiles, and the white grout was pulled very well on a white background. It also felt very Oregon to me – what is a tree or something. Yes, we’ve been watching it a lot lately, but I enjoy watching it every time.

Variations of Tile color It’s very clean (it has many unstable edges, so make sure you’re prepared for its appearance). It’s just such a deep, rich greenery, and plenty of shiny textures.

I can’t forget toilet 🙂 There was plenty of room for a small side table, but I was on the fence, but the gap was big so I added it and looked cute.

I went to the art catalogue and found out there were two more. These Marian Pulse Pieces (I had bought a bunch of them for my team’s holidays years ago, and left a couple). They felt like a sweet moment here, bringing a hit of that warmth with the stool and echoing wood Wooden arch carving (I bought it from Amazon, last minute, haha).

She is pretty cute and a fun punch for guests upon arrival. In fact, my whole family has come to Ken tonight for a BBQ and is getting a completely updated tour as it’s all decorated. The final bathroom is complete!!! Don’t worry, we still have six more rooms to reveal (I love them so much) so stay tuned. The Riverhouse project is truly endless 🙂
