Cooling + Brightening Eye Balm is in my makeup bag. It’s great for summer (it feels really cool), but I use it all year round because I can feel the difference no matter the season. I apply it under my eyes before sunscreen or concealer, but it doesn’t interfere with my other makeup and gives a subtle, non-sparkling glow. I recommend it because it’s very light and even my sensitive skin can use it without any problems! Over time, I noticed that my makeup went on much more smoothly.
