The season has officially changed to our beloved fall this week (and it’s also Libra season :)). So, for design/holiday decoration lovers, it means it’s time to deck autumn front doors and porches with pumpkins, squash, festive wreaths and more. Well, for those of us who love small celebrations but are not actually the type to fill up, this post is for you! We’ve put together a collection of Caitlin’s “Glove & Go” combo that was so beautifully created. Just 3-4 items give a bit of curb charm, giving you a sense of celebration with every walk down the entrance. I’m starting with some Halloween combos, but the rest is strictly autumn-inspired.
Fake Light Blackberry Wreath | 3 Piece DIY Decorative Pumpkin Set | Chihuahua skeleton | Be careful of the door mat
I’m starting with the “adult version.” Because this is what I do to decorate my actual entrance (just not bump into the same thing inside the apartment building, right?), the colour is very monochrome, the atmosphere is “creepy chic” and I love it. wreath It’s very good and is currently on sale! It is pre-lit and has a perfect “creepy” vibe that is not too vibe in the nose. Now, let’s go Entrance mat. I love it! Honestly, depending on your sense of humor, it could be a year-round rug 🙂 But really for “Halloween”, you have to have a pumpkin. I love They areand if you need a DIY project, they are actually intended to be painted. I think you can easily leave the white or grab some pumpkins in the store and spray paint. I think it might get closer to the same price, and these are reusable. Finally, a small skeleton figurine! It doesn’t have to be This onebut I think this look will officially be glued to you when you get some sort of skeletal decoration.

Spooky Halloween Bat Live Wreath | 10 inch illuminated metal pumpkin lantern | 19.75 inch triple stack pumpkin | Children’s Ed Emberley Butt Doormat
This is a fun and more kids-friendly version! I also love it This wreath. It’s not cheap, and you might be able to diy something similar, but if you’re like me… that probably wasn’t happening, ha. It’s expensive and fun, and it’s so timeless that I think it will last for years. Move together! As soon as I see it That entrance matI knew I had to include it. In fact, this whole combo is based on it. How cute is it? I love the friendly bat! West Elm kills a bit. Also, for kids, goofy pumpkins are a bit of a must. I like the way Stacked pumpkins and Lantern pumpkin (Not too goofy, I know) Give the combo a different height level, both of which have a classic orange glow. Adding a little more authentic “child sculpture” pumpkin might not be a bad idea 🙂
Now, let’s talk about the autumn-only front door combo…

Burgundy umbrella sedge dry wreath | Bishop’s Ceramic Indoor/Outdoor Pedestal Planter | Allston Outdoor Door Mat
I’m not picking my favorites, but this may be to me personally (but I love all the kids, I promise!). That’s stunning Burgundy wreath It’s under $50! This purchase is on the way to go, as it is for indoor or covered outdoor use. It’s gorgeous, cool, very trendy and still looks classic. Next, pay attention to how to do it That wonderful entrance mat ($35) There are some burgundy in Burgundy to easily tie with the wreath. Finally, if there’s no black hit, is it a modern traditional design? I’m afraid not. This planter It’s clean, simple and completely modern. It’s not as affordable as the other two works, but it can fit any style and you’ll want to keep it forever. Choose the plants of your choice, and you are all prepared for autumn!

Dry Jasmine Wreath | Rattan Reversible Outdoor Planter Basket | French Creel Coia Mat
Maybe you love autumn, but you’ll be less in the traditional color palette of autumn. This is for you. That dry jasmine wreath It’s very beautiful. The brown and gold hits give this combo a “fall feel.” after that That entrance mat There is also a “Autumn Slope”, but it is perfect for the surrounding autumn and Christmas (with different decorations). There are also a few other colors. That rattan planter Perfect for decorating your front door all year round and reversible! I think the slightly brown leaf trees are a great way to drive home with a fall-inspired look.

Dried natural wheat wreath | 25 inch outdoor lantern | Stacked doormats
And finally, my true blue modern combo. Entrance mat It was what I started and I love it (it’s going to be green too). This is also a great mat for year-round use! But to really drive the “modern harvest” atmosphere This dried wheat wreath It’s perfect. It gives a rustic hint but is well balanced with the doormat That wonderful outdoor lantern. It’s classic and tall and can easily add real or battery operated candles. This combo is simple, cool and versatile (well, except for the very autumn-specific wreath :))
This is useful and shows that you don’t need an entire big entrance setup with lots of ornaments to make a beautiful and festive impact. Glove & Go, baby!
Love you and it means it.
