Netflix has forever celebrated its upcoming drama series ahead of its release on Thursday, May 8th. The cast and crew attended a special screening of the first episode at Tudum Theatre, followed by “Forever Market” in a partnership with Black on the Block.

Netflix’s Chief Content Manager Bela Bajaria began screening with Forever’s introduction and invited creator, showrunner and author Mara Brock Akil to the stage to present the first episode.
The night ended with a celebratory, immersive “Forever Market” in a partnership with Black on the Block. It established a dynamic Los Angeles to raise black-owned businesses through curated community gathering events. “Forever Market” brought together the LA community to celebrate local vendors and reflected the series as a true love letter to the city.
