From Shondaland and Jess Brownell, BRIDGERTON returns for a fairytale-inspired fourth season. Bohemian second son Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) refuses to settle down, despite the pleas of the matriarch Lady Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell). At Violet’s masquerade ball, Benedict is awed by the mysterious lady in silver wearing a mask. With the reluctant help of his sister Héloïse (Claudia Jessie), Benedict ventures into society to uncover the young woman’s true identity. But in reality, the desire of his heart is not in society at all. She is a resourceful maid named Sophie Baek (Yerin Ha) who works for the house’s formidable mistress, Araminta Gun (Katie Leung).

When fate brings Benedict and Sophie back together, Benedict struggles between the reality of his love for the charming maid and the fantasy of the Lady in Silver, unaware that they are the same person. Will Benedict’s inability to see these women as fellow citizens derail the undeniable spark between him and Sophie? And can love really overcome even the cross-class connections forbidden by society?

Benedict’s journey is inspired by the marriages of his siblings, including Francesca (Hannah Dodd) and John Stirling (Victor Ali), and Colin (Luke Newton) and Penelope (Nicola Coughlan), who face a new challenge as a gossip columnist.
