Yohl. Did you really start a blog 15 years ago? It’s hard to believe that so many hours have passed since I first created my small corner on the internet. A creative outlet (I was still not sure about the career path I wanted to pursue), Twitter’s “friend” suggested reading Cupcakes and Cashmere (one of the OG lifestyle bloggers), which sparked my curiosity and excitement about the blog.
Fast forward to now and a lot has changed about blogging. Most people now call themselves influencers, and many are leaving their platforms in favor of social media accounts. Social media is fun (and honestly it’s a big part of our time), but I’m very grateful that I kept this site up (even though the posts sometimes lack consistency lol). I love sharing new things and experiences, and in this 15th year my goal is to go back to doing it here first. When I post, I sometimes feel like I’m talking to myself on Instagram (seriously, why is no one really involved anymore?), but I feel that posting here is different. It has more impact. Even if there were no comments, I still feel that what I posted here would be more useful. I’m excited to go back to prioritizing this space.

I’ve done some research to see how I want to move forward by sharing my content, and Pinterest is really useful for that. I still share the products I love, personal style, travel and experiences, but I’m happy to start out as I’m a little more clear about what it looks like.

So we’ve had a toast for 15 years. Whether you started reading my blog in 2010 or just discovered it yesterday, I’m so happy you’re here!
Who is your favorite blogger?
