She spoke candidly about the effects of hormonal changes, from sleep disorders to mood changes, and emphasized the importance of understanding what’s going on inside your body.

Jenny praised Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) When used responsibly and according to proper medical guidelines, it can be truly life-changing. She joked with her signature humor that if more people had balanced hormones, “there might not be a Karen tribe” to emphasize how powerful hormonal health is.

She also addressed how menopause negatively impacts relationships, noting that the number of divorces that occur during this period is alarmingly high. According to Jenny, transitions are not instantaneous but years of change, and navigating them requires patience, education, and care.
