I participated in the 12th tournament. vacation home Designer Showhouse supports the Atlanta History Museum, and this year’s showcase was exceptional. It’s always fun touring these perfectly designed homes, but this might be my favorite so far.
Experiencing the breathtaking 8,500 square foot mansion was a dream come true. The many thoughtfully selected rooms were each even more stunning than the one before. Located in Brookhaven, just minutes from Buckhead’s most exclusive shopping district, this home made me want to move in on the spot…if I had $5 million to spare!
Fifteen talented interior design firms transformed the space, each bringing their own vision, creativity and charm to the rooms they worked on. I was particularly fascinated by the master bedroom he designed. Christine Koby the main bathroom and closet 37th Burley Interior Design The details were truly exquisite.
Perched gracefully on the Brookhaven hills, the 2025 Showhouse is a stunning blend of contemporary architecture and timeless sophistication. designed by linda mcarthur and was built by Livingston Fine Homesthe exterior boasts clean modern lines, light brick, and large windows overlooking the leafy neighborhood and nearby park.
interior, designer Valerie Garrett From the concave vaulted entryway ceiling to the French oak floors and luxurious marble accents, the home is infused with elegance. Art Nouveau influences are evident throughout, including leaded glass kitchen cabinets from Morgan Creek Cabinets, a sculptural fluted marble hood, and sophisticated decorative details.
A spacious great room on the main level, a luxurious primary suite, and a beautifully designed en-suite bedroom upstairs make this the ideal home for families and downsizers seeking luxury. The terrace level is an entertainer’s dream with a wellness retreat, wine bar, and home theater, and outdoor spaces designed by Charlie Sears of Land Plus Associates wrap the home with lush landscaping, a tranquil pool, covered porch, and cozy fireplace.
