This marks the third year my husband and I have celebrated Air Max Day. We look forward to it every year because it’s a day to celebrate something we both enjoy together. sneakersDuring our first year together, my husband told me The first Air Max silhouette I fell in love with And every year we’ve celebrated with a new silhouette, and what was great about this year was that I was able to take a moment to put on my creative hat and think about what I wanted the mood and feel of the photos to be.
This year has been a bit of a different one for me creatively. I always love using professional photographers, but I’ve taken a step back and started creating on my own. I’ve seen a lot of people talk about a true creative being someone who makes something out of nothing. I agree and I’ve been wanting to stretch myself more creatively lately. I want to spend more time coming up with ideas, executing them and seeing if I can make them come to fruition.
With that in mind, I knew it was very important to me to continue the annual tradition of Air Max Day in our home. So, about a week before Air Max Day, I looked on Pinterest to see if there was anything that stood out. Since it’s spring and there are a lot of flowers blooming in our area, I wanted to incorporate flowers. I found some images for inspiration, went to Trader Joe’s and bought some bouquets of flowers, and got started when I got home.
I made the bouquets myself and showed my husband the theme I was going for. He picked out the perfect outfit for the atmosphere of the photos, and we went to a local park with a tripod and a remote control and took these photos in about 30 minutes. The day was full of a sense of accomplishment. Always remember, nothing you make is small. Everything you think is important teeth It matters, you are worthy of sharing your talents and the world needs it, so keep creating.
