A special day has come again this year. Today is Air Max Day! Last year, my husband and I attended Air Max Day and had a lot of fun sharing how the Air Max was one of the first sneakers that caught my eye years ago. We styled Air Max together last year. I’ve decided to make this an annual tradition, so this year I’m taking a different approach to styling my Air Max. This year the theme is color and personality.
One thing I’ve noticed about my husband and his sneakers is that he loves classic styles, so it’s no surprise that he chose the classic Air Max 1 this year. The best thing about his sneakers is that they not only go with a variety of outfits, but they’re also customized. We love last names around here, so I’m sure there are a few Carter-name pieces in his closet. Plus, the navy color of his sneakers is a very pretty color that pairs well with denim styles.
I love the color green right now, so when I saw this Air Max Pre-Day LX It was on sale so I decided to buy it. (Because it’s easy to spend too much money on sneakers.)but I’m really glad I bought it. I don’t have any green sneakers, so these sneakers add a really vibrant color to my sneaker collection. I’m going to pair them with some things I already have in my closet, like this cropped blazer from Eloquii and cropped jeans from Lane Bryant.
