A few months ago, at the AmericasMart Gift Show in downtown Atlanta, I had a moment straight out of a fairy tale.
By pure coincidence, I was waiting for a friend when the following sign caught my eye. jim shore A meet and greet will be held. I was completely spellbound. I have admired its breathtaking artistry for years. jim shore Especially because he captures my favorite princess so beautifully. princess tiana. But I never expected him to be there…in the exact same place as me!
Soon, as if on cue, he walked out of the room after the meeting in his characteristic purple clothes, and there he was standing right in front of me. I literally screamed with excitement! I rushed to see him and told him how much I loved his work and how much I appreciated the loving and elegant way he brought Tiana to life.
He is a very polite and warm guy who told me the story of his humble beginnings with his wife, how the company has grown over the years, and the magical opportunity to collaborate with him. walt disney company To produce many important works. It felt more like a promise from God than a meeting and greeting.
And…as if the fairy tale wasn’t perfect already…a package arrived at my door the other day. There was also a signature inside. princess and frog It’s exactly the kind of narrative sculpture I’ve admired for a long time. oh my god!
This is proof that if you wish upon a star, the star will indeed return your wish.
