2 ounces vodka
1 ounce cranberry juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
simple syrup 1/4 oz
fresh raspberries for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
1 1/2 ounces dark rum
1 oz chocolate liqueur
1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
whipped cream for decoration
shaved chocolate for decoration
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add a little of each ingredient. Top with whipped cream, caramel, or chocolate syrup.
1 1/2 ounces gin
rose syrup 1 oz
1/2 ounce lemon juice
3-4 fresh raspberries (mixed)
Carbonated water (for topping)
Mix the raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Using a chilled champagne flute, pour in sparkling water.
