Spring is just around the corner. To me, spring is a symbol of growth, optimism and possibility. Dormant trees are starting to bloom, the days are getting longer after winter and everything is more vibrant and alive. Opalhouse designed by Jungalow collectionI wanted to bring that same energy into all of my designs. This collection is full of bold colors, botanical motifs, and playful patterns. The inspiration behind this drop is the “artist’s loft,” so you’ll find plenty of my original art sprinkled throughout a light, airy space that any artsy creative would feel right at home in. Because an artist’s loft is a multi-functional space (bedroom, studio, classroom, meditation space, closet, living room, lounge), this collection is full of versatile pieces that can be used in many different spaces in your home. The collection’s playful palette includes a variety of rich, vibrant tones, both warm and cool, with an emphasis on terracotta, gold and teal, with sprinkles of Majorelle Blue and accents of purple for an unexpected twist.

No artist’s studio is complete without tons of inspiration and art. The amazing Target team and I worked closely to weave as much of my original art and patterns as possible into the various pieces in this collection, allowing the pieces to speak to one another. For example, we used one of my original pieces to create an abstract, colorful Framed Canvas The same pattern as the girl in the photo above (cute, right?) is gorgeous. I’m a bit obsessed with this Floor lampI mean, look at those lines! Seeing anything wrapped in raffia always gets me so excited!

I am also super excited about the rugs in this collection. Terracotta 1 This might be my favorite because the colors and details are amazing, and I really love the warm colors. Bedding with tassels!
