Yay! The Jungalow Pop-Up is officially launched! It’s only been a few weeks, but we’re already feeling the vibe of love and community. We got a DM from someone at Target who was talking about how much they love Jungalow. Then another person in the aisle told us the pop-up shop was open! And that person came to the pop-up that day! When we decided to launch the pop-up, the connection off-screen was exactly what we were craving. Connection, community, and lots of creativity – these are all the intentions we had in mind when we launched the pop-up. Being able to share it with our friends and family the day before our grand opening was like a dream come true. We’ve been working hard for weeks, and the launch party was the first time we were able to let loose, put on our dancing shoes, and celebrate this milestone!
And we really did celebrate!!! The wine was flowing, the DJ played all our favorite tunes (Thanks Zach!!), and the atmosphere was amazing!
We started the day with a special preview for some close friends (thank you Kelly & Jeff Mindell and joy Thanks for coming! ).Natalie from Team Jungalow did an amazing job organizing not only the morning event but also the evening launch party. Double the party, double the fun (and lots of little details – lol)!!
I felt great!!! Petrosyan They served us delicious caviar and we all died when we saw the serving spoon. How beautiful is it?!?!
I got a chance to catch up with my seniors. Collette Shelton and Katherine McCord You can imagine how happy I was to meet them!
I also learned about some amazing new brands doing some really cool things. Reuse They provided all of our compostable drinkware for our launch party, and obviously we are aligned in a plant-friendly way that cares for Mother Earth, prioritizing plants over plastic every day.
Over a few glasses of wine, we talked about many things (thank you Avalyn!!!) And then we had our first… well, COVID-19 reunion in years, and it was so wonderful to hug friends, dance together, and have the real-life connection that we all missed.
My whole family came to celebrate with me: Ida, her uncle Zach (who was the DJ), her husband Jason, my parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, and more! It was so special to share the day with them as they witnessed the pop-up take shape from an idea to a reality.
I’m also so proud of my Jungalow family: Jasmine (in the pink dress below – cute right?!), Natalie, Tara, Piper, Amy, Andrew and Sarah, who all worked so hard in the weeks leading up to the launch to help us cross the finish line.
Piper and I are having a blast on the dance floor!!
We even had some former Jungalists there! Kiki, Lindsay, and Alec! Meeting friends and family who have shared the Jungalow dream with us for so many years was next level! It was great to mingle, catch up, and enjoy some snacks and drinks together! Health Aid – It wouldn’t be an LA party without kombucha, baby!! 😉
Come visit us at this pop-up this summer, bring your friends, hang out, get inspired and feel the good vibes!!
If you feel called to, why not do a little booty dance? Whatever makes you feel like you, that’s the energy we want you to bring to this creative space. We’re so grateful for our community, our audience, our customers, and our fellow creators, and we’re so happy to have a space to bring all this goodness together in the real world. A huge thank you to everyone who came, showed up and radiated love, positivity and high vibrational energy into the space. We are still feeling that energy flowing through the pop-up and have many more celebrations, events, workshops and fun gatherings planned for the pop-up this summer.
