How to make peanut butter balls
Combine the peanut butter and softened butter in a stand mixer (or bowl) and beat on medium speed until smooth.
While mixing batter on medium speed, slowly add powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, milk, and vanilla extract to peanut butter mixture.
Roll the dough into balls and place on baking paper. Freeze the balls for at least 10 minutes before moving on to the chocolate coating.
Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval. Once chocolate is completely melted, dip.
Dip each ball halfway into chocolate and shake over a bowl to remove excess chocolate. Place on a baking sheet or cooling rack lined with baking paper to set. Once each half is set, dip the remaining half into chocolate, being careful to ensure all parts of the ball are covered in chocolate.
Finally, use a spoon to drizzle chocolate on top of each ball to create a textured design. Optionally, you can also add festive sprinkles to your peanut butter balls to match any holiday or occasion.
This recipe makes 20-25 balls depending on size, if you’re a perfectionist you can use a dough scoop to measure out each ball, I personally like to measure by eye.
