Last week I went to Paris to mix work with joy and the city looked more luxurious than ever! If you want to see, here are some photos…

In the past, I have visited Paris primarily in the winter, so spending time there in the spring was a treat. The park exploded with flowers, and the baby shattered the grass.

A few friends were able to participate, and it was really fun.

I’ve rented it Family home At the 11th arrondisement, a beautiful neighborhood that relaxes and feels like a home.

Who do you guess, please French!

It started every morning at a cafe Boot cafe In Murray.

How cute are they Stackable Circus Stool?

We stopped by for coffee many times on our trip, so it became a running joke. I walked a few blocks, drank a coffee, then walked a few more blocks, then sat in the cafe…

Another morning we had the Eiffel Tower and Rodin Museum.

For breakfast, I was excited to go to Morgan Cesarory’s apartment, Cesane Founder and creative director I’ve known for years. Sitting in her kitchen, we talked about so many things: family, divorce, work, love, aging, children. She had turned 40 in a few days, so we talked about the panic that came before and the calm that followed.

She set a plate of berry and was soon joined by her very fluffy pussy.

After that, I wandered nearby, feeling inspired Cezane Storefull of embroidered dresses and wide leg jeans…

…and these Gorgeous shoes!

Other stores we loved were Merci (3-storey concept shop), Bonton (children’s clothes and toys), Melody graphic (Stationery store).
Another afternoon we headed to the David Hockey exhibition I like Louis Vuitton. He is 87 years old and still wears his signature round glasses.

We wandered through the room after a room filled with paintings – I kept walking into the new space and saying, “Amazing!”, yelling loudly, unaware. Saturated color! The British countryside! A 1,000 yard stare!

One of my favourite paintings featured the entire wall – just a few parts above – and featured people in the art exhibition. I’m not a huge dog, but the bulldog stole my heart.

There was also a magical lunch. Moconutmaybe the best restaurant in Paris (a bold statement, I know!).

Omar Koreitem, owned by husband and wife, Moko Hirayama and Omar Koreitem – Little Jewels are open only for lunch, and the small menu changes daily. We were devouring fluffy pita, crispy asparagus, grilled squid and pork on top of the green peas. [Update from a reader named Morgan: Mokonuts is publishing a cookbook in September!]

It was one of the long, slow meals where conversations snaked from parenting preteens to business bookkeeping, to whether people were dirty in bed. Meanwhile, in between bites, we all kept screaming, “This is the tastiest meal I’ve ever had” and “Is OMG the best restaurant in Paris?… the world?”

Finally, on our last night, we were just at home. (It’s really nice to do nothing on the trip, right?) We graze cheese, olives and chips, open the window and chat. Then we saw some episodes of Four Seasonsas is.

The whole trip was very pleasant. I returned to a slump boy (“I’ll never leave again!”) and a week-long jet rug (“It’s 3am now!”) but my heart was filled with female friendship and wanderlust. If you’ve been to Paris or live there, what is your REC? Where do you want to travel? I want to hear it.
I’m also posting another Joe today about the colours of clothes I’ve seen everywhere. and Big salad problem So about finding people wearing in Paris tomorrow Sign up hereif you’re interested. thank you very much! xoxo
