The good news is, brainstorm. right Method means doing it as many times as necessary to get the result. Then you will be better!
How can I start brainstorming now?
Most of us think of brainstorming as a group activity. In his classic book on brainstorming, applied imaginationAlex Osborne actually says that 12 people is the ideal number for a brainstorming session.
However, in the years since Osborn’s innovation, research has shown that individual brainstorming is actually much more creative. The reason is that in a group environment ideas tend to quickly concentrate on the same few ideas, limiting overall creativity.
If you’re working on a question about your personal life, you can start brainstorming by formulating your question and then using freewriting, word association, or mind map drawing to start generating ideas.
Personal brainstorming may include:
- What can you do to be happier in your career?
- what do you want to do in life
- How to fight better with your partner
- What are new habits that will improve your life
- How to make more money/get a raise
- How to meet your life partner
- How can you improve your marital life?
- what is the subject of your screenplay
If you have access to groups like friends, colleagues, or even social media, tap on them. Initial brainstorming with others may be enough to initiate action steps that you can later refine on your own.
