On a summer afternoon, you get a cold bowl of watermelon, a good book, the warmth of the sun, a chilled drink, and there’s definitely something perfect. As someone who often chooses a non-alcoholic option, I am always looking for drinks that are as fun and special as cocktails. These spritz check all the boxes.

I took a more approach and created a variety of flavors so that everyone can find their favorites. Pink Berry Rose The spritz is sweet, fruity and perfect for a laid back patio hang. Cucumber Ginger Spritz is sweet enough to be the ultimate summer sipper with my ode to my mother’s mint chutney delicious flavour. and Mango Orange Splitz is a celebration of the sunlight in the glass. For me, great NA drinks need more than foam. It must bring true flavor. Smoothing the fruits and vegetables means there’s no need for tension, giving the drink a richness that will make these spritz particularly satisfying.

The best part? You can create it in advance in large batches. Each mix will make about 3-4 drinks, so double the crowd recipe or prepare once and enjoy a week. Put it all out and let your friends do the perfect spritz.
