What is lychee fruit?

Lychee is a tropical fruit in southern China. The lychee is very juicy and has a floral scent. Imagine a grape with a slight rose flavour. This is the best way to explain the flavor of lychee. They are tasty.

Tips for making

  • This drink is well balanced but not sweet. If you prefer more sweetness, add half an ounce to this recipe before shaking. If the drink feels too sweet, squeeze fresh lime juice before shaking. This adds a little sourness.
  • If you don’t like Vodka, I recommend replacing this recipe with Gin with another take.
  • If you want to add color to your cocktail, you can decorate with extra lime wedges and edible flowers. You can also add decorations such as strawberries, fresh mint, watermelons and more.
  • Add a shot of ElderFlower liqueur to maximize the floral flavour.
  • Store remaining Lychee Martinis in airtight containers for up to 48 hours. Shake with fresh ice before serving again.
