“I started feeling contractions around 8 p.m.,” she says. janelle…
Here’s her story:
Two hours later, the contractions are coming fast and furious. We called my mom to drive right away to be with the older kids, and my husband Max and I jumped in the car.
However, on the way to the hospital, my water broke. I understand that I may not be able to make it in time. As we sped toward the hospital entrance, Max ran in looking for help and a wheelchair. But by the time he comes back, I can’t wait anymore. “I need to push!!!” I scream at him. I still have my pants on, but I feel like my head is coming out.
Max pulled down my pants and said, “Oh my god, she’s here!” You’re doing a great job! And with one more push, Evelyn Angelica Sanchez was born in the front seat of our car at 11:54 p.m.

“You did it!” Max says, “You did it!” The baby immediately started crying and we had no idea what to do, so we were very relieved. The security guard comes running out, and the two nurses who get off their shift rush over, and they’re all like, “That’s great, Mom, that’s amazing, that’s beautiful.” After that, the delivery nurses rush out of the hospital. They wrapped her in a blanket, put a hat on her and placed her on my chest.

This tiny little girl has only been on this earth for a few weeks, but she’s already given Max and I one of the wildest experiences of our lives. Thankfully we’re all healthy and safe and now we’re all home and crazy about our girlfriends. Welcome to our family, Evelyn, we are so excited to spend this life with you.
