My favourite bars are those offering snacks, such as peanuts, potato chips, and emergency hot dogs. They are almost as important as drinks. In a cozy Brooklyn spot Dynacousually there is a cake that was just made behind the bar. Recently, while my girlfriend and I were playing the card, I had a slice I hadn’t tried yet: a gum chocolate cake with whipped cream cheese frosting. I haven’t stopped thinking about it.

Finally, I followed Katherine Lloyd Burnsin 2013, my husband started a bar with his siblings.
