Freddie He’s one of those people who can open their cupboards and fridges, stare at everything for a minute, find delicious meals to make whatever he finds. Are you the same? It always touches me, I love sitting at the counter, doing New Yorker crossword puzzles and being seen in action.

One of the meals he whipped this summer was spaghetti with tomato sauce, green salad and grilled shrimp. A few readers asked about shrimp, so I called Freddie this morning and he taught me the steps. here it is:
Grilled shrimp
By Freddie
“My dad is a great cook. One thing I learned from him is how to make multiple courses at home and make him feel special. In Italian-American families, macaroni have always been part of the meal and always have homemade sauces. That’s a pride. Slide a big tray of shrimp into the oven with my parents and Joanna was a good way to do it.”
Required:
Frozen, cooked shrimp bags
flour
salt
pepper
egg
Panko bread crumbs
Spices like paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder (optional)
olive oil
lemon
Recipes other than recipes:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Thaw the shrimp. Remove the tail (if there is still a tail) and put it on.
Set up three standard plates: flour (the flour can also be coated with salt and pepper. If necessary, Gordon Ramsay will make almost every layer season with salt and pepper. It seems like a small thing like this but will help with the final product, but we will not only set the egg wash, panko crumbs (seasoning, seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, pepper). Each shrimp gently coat with flour, then eggs. Then, press the shrimp into the crumbs.
Place the tin foil on a baking sheet and spread a thin layer of olive oil over the tin foil. Place the shrimp in a single layer on the foil. Then drizzle a little oil on top of the shrimp.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp before serving.
Serve with tomato sauce, green salad and pasta if necessary. You can eat pasta or shrimp separately. The breaded shrimp and red sauce are very good. enjoy!
