Eldiablo Ingredients
- Reposado Tequila – Alternatively, you can use the tequila you have at hand.
- Cream Decasis – Rich, sweet, tart liqueur.
- Lime juice – Fresh lime juice for balance and depth of flavor.
- Grenadine – For its bright red colour.
- Ginger beer – Or gingival soda, such as ginger ale.
- Lime wedge or small red chili pepper – Optional garnish.
How to make it
In a glass of Collins or rock, mix tequila, cream decasis, lime juice and grenadine on ice. Mix together.
Tighten the ginger beer with a drink as a hilarious topper.
As an optional decoration, add two small red chili peppers as horns and lime wedges if necessary!
Tips for making
- All kinds of small red chili peppers can be used for decoration. If you can’t find them, you can also use red paper to make an ornament like this on the top of the glass.
- Some recipes require a blackcurrant float along the top of the drink.
- Some recipes require an empty lime shell filled with blackcurrant on top of the drink. This is a good finish!
