“When it comes to short height, I’m 5’1.” It’s hard to find full-length pants that don’t drag on the ground. I’m wearing it Levi’s 501because the inseam matches my height. I also love cropped pants, but this is one of those things that is “not recommended” for petite people to wear, as it can make them look shorter. I think I’m short! Don’t hide it! It’s okay, it’s great! If you want it to be good for you, everything will be good for you. ”

“In our apartment, my clothing closet is in my home office. My husband is a therapist and he has Zoom sessions there all day. So, in the morning, I have to get underwear, coats, shoes, and all the other clothes. The other day, we had a very busy morning and didn’t have a chance to buy clothes in time. I ended up going to a coffee shop wearing my husband’s jeans and an old T-shirt with a picture of Barack Obama playing basketball.”Sometimes as you get older you can say, “I’m going to wear something that makes me hot,” or “I’m going to wear this outfit that makes me look like Adam Sandler.” ”

“Ten years ago, my husband and I walked by a tattoo shop and decided to go in. We picked out a random rabbit to decorate our ribcages. Ten years later, we now have a daughter who is completely obsessed with rabbits. It’s all rabbits, rabbits, rabbits. She always says to me, ‘Mommy, you.’ I knew He was coming. ”

“My body has changed a lot over the last few years, but I’m so grateful for these legs that gave me space, this body that gave me birth and fed my children. I like to show some skin and have a little fun and be provocative, because I’m not dead yet. I look at this picture and think, “This is me.” I also walk around in my underwear because I want my daughter to see me relaxed and confident in my body. ”

“My hair is naturally brown, but I always felt like I had a blonde inside of me. Then one day, in my 30s, I decided to go for it. Full blonde, no subtlety. And all of a sudden, I was like, ‘Oh.’ There I. ‘I think a lot of people have moments like that where they feel like they’ve become their authentic selves. ”

“The trouble with being petite is that you can’t find a coat. I’ve been wearing the same winter jacket for 10 years because other coats just swallow me up. I’ve always wanted a trench, too, but even the petite size never fit. Then one day, this jacket hit me.” vintage shop I pulled this off the shelf in my neighborhood and it was perfect. “I love the Gloria Steinem vibe of this outfit. It feels very ‘responsible’. Funny story: While I was wearing it during the photo shoot, the school nurse called to say that my daughter threw up. So I quickly put on my shoes and took one last photo as I briskly walked to pick up my sick child. A typical parenting moment: You’re doing something important and suddenly your plans change!”
