With an attractive fixer upper: Emma: During my house hunting in 2015, I was on a tight budget, but I wanted a place with original features. The floor was covered in strange vinyl tiles (these beautiful hardwood parquet floors were hidden there). In the closet on the second floor, my child was writing poems in purple crayons! As my father said, the house had a soul.
Sofas to save your marriage: Emma: When Art moved, I had one sad little sofa and we had a pitiful war on who could occupy it, especially how much it could stretch with the three cats.
