Colombian Jostin Andres Mosquera has been found guilty of the horrifying double murder of same-sex couples Albert Alfonso and Paul Longworth.
On July 15, 2024, Metropolitan Police said 34-year-old Jostin Andres Mosquera of Scotts Road, Bush, Shepherd, was charged with the murders of 62-year-old Albert Alfonso and 71-year-old Paul Longworth.
The couple’s bodies were found in a suitcase at the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol and a flat in West London. Alfonso was originally from France, but continued to become a British citizen, and Longworth lived together at the Scotts Road Flat, where Mosquera was staying.
Yostin Andres Mosquera was convicted on Monday (July 21) of the murders committed on July 8, 2024. Sky News Mosquera, 35, who worked in the adult film industry, reports that it is believed that Alfonso first met online.
The court also heard that three men had struck a friendship. The couple visited Mosquera in their home country of Colombia, flew Mosquera to the UK and stayed in their London apartments several times.
It is revealed during the course of the trial that Mosquera had slapped him with a hammer and killed Mr Longworth before hiding his body.
Later that night, during sex with Mr. Alfonso, Mosquera stabbed him 22 times with a knife.
However, the room was equipped with a camera, which recorded the murder. According to Sky News, CCTV footage was “repeated” to the ju apprentice.
Sky News correspondent Alice Porter was in court when the video was shown, describing it as the “worst” she’d ever seen, adding:
“One ju umpire didn’t come back the next day, so he fully understood their discomfort. The sound of screaming was unforgettable.”
Mosquera then beheaded. The head was stored in the freezer, which was delivered on July 9th.
Another relic was placed in a suitcase, and on July 10, Mosquera hired a van with his driver and transported him and his bag to the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
The court was told that in the weeks leading up to the murder, Yostin Andres Mosquera had planned his attack. He searched for the freezer online and on the day of the murder, he said, “Where is fatal in his head?”
He repeatedly attempted to find the price of the couple’s property on Scotts Road at Shepherd’s Bush Online, killing him, stealing cash from Alfonso, leading the prosecutors, claiming that the double murder was financially motivated.

Investigator DCI Stride said it was one of the “most unsettling” murders he investigated.
He went on to add: “The video we found is truly shocking. Within seconds of murder… [Mosquera] He appears to be dancing, sings a short song, and shortly afterwards, while Mr. Alfonso is still lying on the floor, he is straight on the computer, begins a search and logs in to his bank account. ”
Judge Benathan KC Judge, who is judged to declare Mosquera on October 24th, urging him to prepare a psychiatric report in advance.
