“It was wild. The night I relinquished the crown in the season 16 finale was also my final episode of Stripped. [tour]and then Chapel said it at Coachella and that’s when it happened,” Sasha told Entertainment Weekly. “Everything just aligned and it’s just been snowballing ever since,” she continued. “Seeing Jimmy Fallon call my name… [on Tonight Show] It’s kind of wild. I just had a little chat with Chapel. It was like, ‘I love you, I think you’re amazing,’ kind of a meet and greet.”
